We’re proud to share that Inclined has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Fintech by American Banker and the Best Companies Group.
Inclined ranked #9 this year among many other fantastic firms. Being included on this list is something we take seriously, because it’s not just about what we say as a company, we value how our team experiences Inclined every day.
What this Recognition Means
The Best Places to Work in Fintech award is based on a rigorous, two-part evaluation process.
First, companies are assessed on their benefits, policies, and overall workplace practices, from retirement plans to flexibility and support for employees.
Second — and more importantly — employees themselves provide feedback through an anonymous survey measuring engagement, satisfaction, leadership, communication, and culture.
That second piece is what makes this recognition meaningful. It reflects how our team actually feels about working here.
Building Through a Challenging Market
The past few years haven’t been easy for fintech. After a wave of layoffs, a challenging rate environment, and uncertainty across the industry, many companies have had to rethink how they operate and support their teams.
What hasn’t changed at Inclined is our commitment to building a company where people enjoy coming to work every day.
We’ve continued to invest in:
-
A culture of transparency and open communication
-
Flexibility in how and where people work
-
Benefits that support long-term wellbeing
-
A team of high-caliber, low-ego operators who care about what we’re building
Our Culture in Practice
We talk a lot about our values — simplicity, empowerment, transparency, humility, and accountability — but they only matter if they show up in how we work.
At Inclined, that means:
-
Sharing information early and often, even when things aren’t perfect
-
Creating space for feedback and real debate
-
Moving quickly, without cutting corners
-
Taking ownership and following through
-
Continuously learning and improving
It’s not always easy, but it’s what allows us to build something meaningful together.
Why is Matters
Awards like this are a reflection of the people behind the company.
Inclined is still a relatively small team, which means every person here has an outsized impact on our trajectory. We’re intentional about who we hire, and we work hard to create an environment where that talent can thrive.
Being recognized again this year is a signal that we’re on the right track, even though we’re far from finished.
What's Next
Inclined is continuing to grow, evolve, and push forward on our mission to unlock the value of life insurance for consumers and financial advisors. Just as importantly, we’re continuing to build a company that people are genuinely excited to be a part of.
If that sounds interesting to you, we’re hiring.
